Breakfast food has to be one of my favorites- no matter what time it is. Pancakes, hash browns and eggs or smoothies sound good any time of the day. But let’s be honest, most mornings don’t allow for a complicated breakfast, so I love to pull out this cottage cheese recipe as it’s done in a snap and always leaves me satisfied. Not to say how pretty it is!
Making a recipe is kind of like an experiment. I think some of the best recipes are the ones that leave room for creativity. And I made sure this one leaves plenty of room for you to experiment with and adjust to your liking! I’ll list some suggested toppings to get you headed in the right direction!
Add 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese and 1/4 cup frozen fruit in a blender and blend together until smooth.
Note: I like to add just a dash of stevia to make it a little sweeter, but it’s totally up to you!
